Examination Instructions
It is your responsibility to attend at the correct place, date and time for an examination. To sit a final exam you must have your ID card.
You must check your personal exam timetable. Do not rely on information from other sources. Please note that dates and times of examinations will not be moved due to workshops availability and work commitments.
Exam starting time
You should report to the waiting room exactly on time (check the timetable), to take the practical exam you will be sent to the exam room by a teacher in the waiting room.
Admission to exam room
Late students will not be admitted to exam room, you have only 3 minuets to move from the waiting room to the exam room. When you finish the exam you should go back to the waiting room and stay there until you are asked to leave.
Materials permitted in exam rooms
Severe penalties apply for misconduct, cheating, possession of unauthorized materials, improper use of materials, and unauthorized removal of materials from examination rooms or ignoring the instructions given by supervisors. Penalties may include failure for the subject and dismissal from the school.
During the examination
You must listen carefully to, and comply with, the instructions given by the examiner. Do not start the exam until told to do so. Students may not communicate with each other in any way in the examination room, whether an exam is in progress or not. If you require the assistance of a supervisor, please raise your hand.
Be aware of the time limit, but do not sacrifice quality in performance for speed. Equipment will be provided. Select and use only equipment, which is necessary to accomplish the required tasks.
