Electrical Installation-I
It is an introductory course on Electrical Installation begins with a general overview of the electrical safety regulations to be followed at the workplace. The students are later introduced to the fundamentals of electrical wiring systems, the IEE wiring regulations and the UAE regulations. The course also exposes students to the various components/apparatus used in different types of electrical installation applications such as Lamp lighting, Electric heat application and Basic alarm system through hands-on practical tasks.

Graduation Project-II
In this course, students integrate the knowledge gained in other courses into a real-life application through projects. Students get into the project building phase in this course. The course provides a platform for enhancing the generic competencies such as creativity, originality, teamwork and presentation skills in addition to the technical competencies.

Engineering Project
This course provides an opportunity for students to relate the knowledge gained in other courses to a real-life task through integrated projects. It allows them to explore their ability to develop a project

plan before they get into the project building phase. The course provides a platform to build integrated project prototypes and helps develop their soft skills or generic competencies such as team-building, organizational, critical thinking and problem solving skills required for the 21st century workplace.
